Interface/editorial localization is a draft for review. Quran verse text remains the separately attributed existing Urdu Jalandhry translation.

The endpoint does not identify an individual Urdu word-gloss translator. Attribution is to the provider; this does not assert a redistribution license.
Other chapters/languages retain available original word aids, with explicitly labeled English fallback where unavailable. Full-verse translations are not split or machine-generated to create word glosses.

2026-10-12 follow-up: Urdu home page headings, directory, 114 card summaries and titles added. Interface preference is independent of verse language, with Follow translation as the default. This is still an editorial localization pilot, not a complete translation of all 114 surahs’ context.
